Your privacy is very important to Stichting Talking Hands, and your personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement we’ll explain what is done with the information we receive about you.
Processing an order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to ensure a smooth delivery of your items. We are allowed to share your data with our chosen delivery service. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or creditcard provider.
The data in question is your e-mail address, phone number, delivery, and billing address. We keep this information for 6 months after your delivery has been made and 7 years after, which is the legal safekeeping period that we are required to oblige.
